These bright and airy one bedroom boat houses provide the perfect Barwon Heads beachside getaway for a couple. The original ‘Lady Harvey’ Boat House and modern replica ‘Anne’ celebrate the history of the area and are located in prime position on the waterfront.
Cuttlefish Cottage - All Abilities
Renovated to suit all abilities 3 Bedroom Cuttlefish Cottage is located only one minute from the beach and close to the Barwon Heads village, making it perfect for larger groups wanting to take advantage of all that Barwon Heads offers.
The roomy cottage with ramped access, wide doorways, and accessible bathrooms will be your home away from home. You will enjoy an outdoor deck area with BBQ, a private grassy fenced yard, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with an accessible ensuite, european laundry, and all the sea breeze and relaxing you can manage.

We offer comfortable one, two & three bedroom cabin accommodation catering for all budgets. Many of the cabins are located towards the rear of the park with spectacular ocean views in the distance. The perfect place to stay for a family holiday, a couple’s getaway, group visit or a trip with friends.
Caravan & Camping
We are renowned for our waterfront camping sites – just check out Instagram! All of our sites are grassed providing a comfortable stay for tents, caravans, camper trailers and mobile homes. Our friendly booking team will help you find a site to suit your needs, from premium powered sites on the water’s edge, to unpowered sites for tents tucked away in a bush setting.
The site nightly rate includes 2 adults & up to 4 children (additional fees apply for extra adults – with a maximum of 4 adults per site).
Bush Camping
The seasonal Riverside Campground in Ocean Grove offers a holiday with a difference that takes you back to the old bush camping experience. Offering shady native vegetation and wildlife, minutes to the beach, simple clean facilities, friends old and new and stunning sunsets. As a public land manager, we are proud to offer this simple and affordable camping experience. All campsites are unpowered, a range of sizes and many boast water views.
