Founders and owners, Hong and Nick set up Hanoi Kitchen in 2016, drawing inspiration from Hong’s mother’s traditional home cooking and the market stalls of Hanoi. The menu, divided into several delectable sections – market food, family meals, salads, soups and noodles, is perfectly balanced to represent customary Vietnamese cuisine.
